Code of Conduct

1. Purpose and Scope

This Code sets the minimum behavioural expectations for covered persons acting for or on behalf of {{company_name}}.

2. Expected Conduct

Covered persons SHALL act lawfully, respectfully, safely, honestly, and in the legitimate interests of the organisation and its stakeholders.

3. Prohibited Conduct

Prohibited conduct includes bribery or corruption, harassment or discrimination, retaliation, fraud, deliberate misuse of confidential information, unsafe conduct, falsification of records, and material conflicts that are concealed or improperly managed.

4. Reporting Suspected Violations

Suspected violations should be reported through {{reporting_channel}} or another authorised channel. Good-faith reporting SHALL be protected against retaliation.

5. Investigation

{{investigation_authority}} may direct proportionate, impartial investigations. Relevant evidence, confidentiality requirements, procedural fairness, and applicable legal rights SHALL be respected.

6. Enforcement and Consequences

Violations may result in corrective, disciplinary, contractual, or regulatory consequences according to applicable law and the circumstances of the case.

7. Governance and Acknowledgement

The Code is administered by {{compliance_owner}}. Covered persons SHALL acknowledge the Code at least annually and after material changes where required.
