Mistral OCE

This document defines how ZAYAZ uses Mistral OCR (mistral.ai).It is normative and intended for developers, architects, auditors, and partners.

1. About Mistral OCR

Mistral OCR delivers enterprise-grade document processing with state-of-the-art OCR and structured data extraction.

It deliveres the extracted text and tables as one .MD file and each individual page as structured JSON and .MD files.

2. Use within ZAYAZ

ZAYAZ will use it extensively for Pergamum Pulse and for extracting data from invoices, contracts, tables, etc that is stored as PDFs or scanned documents in e.g. accounting systems or document repositories.
