Depends on module:

NOTE:

  • Input comes from MEID_SCEN_GHG_ALIGN
  • Scenario alignment engines (SCEN) evaluate physical emissions alignment against climate pathways.
  • Financial valuation engines (e.g. CCXP) translate misalignment into economic exposure.
  • These engines MUST remain decoupled to preserve auditability, regulatory clarity, and federation safety.

MEID_SCEN_GHG_ALIGN and CCXP are intentionally sequential:

  • SCEN_GHG_ALIGN = “Are we aligned?”
  • CCXP = “What will misalignment cost us?”
