7. Constitutional Evolution Model​

7.1. Purpose​

The Constitutional Evolution Model defines how constitutional understanding changes over time.

Unlike conventional information systems, constitutional understanding is not modified in place.

Instead, constitutional understanding evolves through the governed creation of new immutable constitutional artifacts and Constitutional Change Sets (CCSETs).

The Constitutional Organization Identity Graph (COIG) therefore represents the current constitutional understanding, while the complete constitutional history remains permanently preserved.

This model provides the foundation for replay, explainability, governance, auditability and assurance.

7.2. Constitutional Principle​

Constitutional understanding shall evolve exclusively through the creation of new governed constitutional artifacts.

Previously published constitutional artifacts shall never be modified.

Current constitutional state is derived from immutable constitutional history.

The Constitutional Artifact Model defines the constitutional contract for every governed artifact produced by ZAYAZ.

A constitutional artifact is not merely a document or a file.

It is an immutable governed publication representing constitutional understanding, constitutional governance, constitutional assurance, or other constitutionally significant platform output.

The Constitutional Artifact Model establishes a common architectural foundation shared by all ZAYAZ modules.

This guarantees that every published artifact follows identical constitutional principles regardless of originating subsystem.

9. Constitutional Intelligence​

9.1. Purpose​

The Constitutional Intelligence System (CIS) is the authoritative source of governed external knowledge within the ZAYAZ platform.

Its purpose is to acquire, organize, validate, govern and publish constitutional knowledge describing the external world.

Unlike the Constitutional Organization Understanding Engine (COUE), which determines constitutional understanding for a specific organization, the Constitutional Intelligence System determines what the platform constitutionally knows about regulations, standards, science, accounting, law, industry practices, and other governed knowledge domains.

Pergamum Pulse is the reference implementation of the Constitutional Intelligence System.

9.2. Constitutional Principle​

Organizational understanding shall never embed unmanaged external knowledge.

External knowledge shall be governed independently of organizational understanding.

The Constitutional Intelligence System therefore provides the authoritative constitutional knowledge consumed by Constitutional Understanding Packages (CUPs).
