Extended Al Features & Reference Documents

The following AI features and supporting documents are not fully embedded in this section of the manual but are core to ZAYAZ’s AI platform. They live in this Manual in their respective places, but are cross-referenced here for completeness:

Chapter / AppendixRole in ZAYAZ AI
AI Framework for Guiding Clients Through Form FillingThe AI Framework provides a flexible, hybrid system that empowers clients with dynamic, compliant, and context-aware guidance when completing ESG reporting. It blends static regulatory logic with adaptive AI suggestions, ensuring alignment with evolving standards like CSRD, ESRS, ISO, and GRI.
AI Governance CharterThe AI Governance Charter defines the guiding principles, structures, and operational standards for the design, deployment, management, and continuous improvement of all AI systems within the ZAYAZ platform. It complements the main architecture and governance model described in Section “AI Intelligence Layer” by defining the internal ZAYAZ AI Governance Charter, risk registers, and retraining SOPs.
AI IPCC EFDB Lookup WorkflowThis section outlines the process of linking NACE activity codes to the IPCC Emission Factor Database (EFDB) to support AI-driven sustainability reporting and guidance. The goal is to create a robust framework where users can input their NACE activity and receive tailored insights, including emission factor data, greenhouse gas (GHG) estimates, and recommendations for improving sustainability performance.
AI Validation & Retraining Scheduling DashboardGive Platform Operations, AI Leads, and CTO/Executives a real-time overview of: - Upcoming required validations. - Scheduled or pending retrainings. - Overdue or at-risk models,.- Compliance status across the full AI ecosystem.
AI-Driven Field Examples with Input & Validation LogicA table with the following use cases: - Developer Mapping: Input this directly into the FOGE and Input Hub schema for form auto-configuration. - NLP Model Seeding: Use guidance entries as prompt templates. - UI/UX Integration: Drive tooltip content, placeholder text, and AI-icon labeling. - Verifier Dashboards: Use validation logic to drive flagging criteria and issue detection
AI-Powered Ethical  Supply Chain TransparencyUse AI to analyze supplier data and predict ethical risks such as forced labor, environmental violations, or fraud.
AIGEThe AI Guidance Engine (AIGE) provides real-time, context-aware assistance to users completing ESG forms and reporting modules across the ZAYAZ platform. It delivers AI-generated field-level tooltips, autofill recommendations, and policy-aware help content dynamically personalized
AIGSApplies Guardrails and ensure complete AI-origin traceability across the ZAYAZ platform in alignment with our AI Governance Charter. The implementation will support ethical AI use, compliance with emerging regulations (e.g., EU AI Act, CSRD transparency), and enhance stakeholder trust in ESG reporting integrity.
AISIMThe AI Synthesis & Insight Module (AISiM) is a Computational or Insight Output Module designed to deliver narrative synthesis, trend summaries, AI-generated strategy prompts, and smart compliance forecasting.. It’s a future-facing feature within the ZAYAZ ecosystem
ZAAMZAAM (ZAYAZ Assistants Agent Mode) is the core orchestration layer for all modular AI agents within the ZAYAZ  platform. It replaces monolithic AI logic with structured, trust-scored, role-aware agents that interact with users and systems across reporting, verification, governance, and sustainability intelligence.
ZADIFIn the ZAYAZ Platform, multiple specialized AI modules will coordinate to manage telemetry, optimize operations, predict risks, and enable self-healing capabilities. To ensure safety, transparency, and governance, all AI activities are managed centrally by the ZAYAZ AI Dispatcher.
ZARAZARA is the core intelligence agent within the ZAYAZ platform — a prompt-driven, AI-augmented orchestration system that transforms how organizations manage ESG compliance, reporting, and decision-making. ZARA is an autonomous governance-as-a-service. We’re shifting the mindset from “let’s help users fill in forms faster” to “let’s remove the forms from their mental model entirely.”
